Optimal Vertical

The Optimal Vertical program is designed to enhance your vertical. The program will provide you with the proper techniques and the necessary strength and conditioning to promote explosive and powerful jumps.

An athlete’s vertical will be evaluated using the latest technology in vertical jump assessment. The athlete’s vertical, hang time, and explosive leg power will be analyzed. The testing will provide us with the necessary information to develop an appropriate program that addresses the athlete’s weaknesses and enhances their strengths.

An athlete will learn proper jump techniques. The mechanics of jumping will be taught using the latest in progressive skill training. By educating the athlete on arm position/drive, leg angles, and power and speed development from a biomechanically sound approach, an athlete will achieve Optimal Vertical.

In only a few sessions, an athlete can increase their vertical 3- 5 inches.
